What can I expect from the Jazz Garden Series?

3 jazz & blues performances per night, a variety of food & beverage outlets, and more!

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience takes place in an outdoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The experience will last 5.5 hours in total.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

There will be no restrictions related to COVID

Is there air conditioning?

No.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Unfortunately no, as it is a concert.

Can children and adults with of determination participate in the event?

Yes.

Will there be strobe lights?

Not usually, but some performances may have them.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes. Bear in mind that your tickets are fully redeemable for food and beverage.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

There are a limited number of bean bags for General Admission tickets. Groups of 4, 6, 8 and more can opt for picnic tables.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Of course.

Are there vegan or gluten-free options available?

Usually yes; please check with the food vendors onsite.

Do I need to wear a mask?

No.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is not essential; however, we recommend arriving on time to make the most out of the experience!

What happens if I arrive late?

Nothing, tables are assigned on a first come first served basis.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately no.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there an age requirement?

Guests who want to consume alcohol must be 21+ with a valid ID. Apart from that, there are no age requirements.

My child is under 12, do we need a ticket?

No. Children below the age of 12 don’t need a ticket.

Would older children (8+) enjoy this show?

Yes!

Do I need to write my child’s age anywhere when purchasing a ticket? Is the price the same for all ages?

You do not need to write your child’s age when purchasing a ticket. The price is the same for all ages; children below the age of 12 don’t need a ticket to attend.

Is the venue accessible to wheelchairs?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

Yes. An it is 2 minutes walking distance from the event venue

What if the weather is bad?

The show will go on rain or shine unless the authority requests to cancel the show, in which case a refund will take place.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

Are refunds allowed? Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to help reschedule your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
